Additional Sponsorship

There are a great number of alternative sponsorship opportunities available for sponsors who can not attend the vendor fair, or wish to supplement their vendor fair sponsorship.

Conference Bag – $1,500
•Bags are given to each attendee at check-in
•Vendor logo, Student Technology Conference logo, and the ResNet organization logo will be imprinted on the bags
•Bag style may be a backpack, tote, shoulder/courier bag or laptop bag
•Acknowledgement in the conference program

Check-in Gift
Choose this option if you would like to include a gift (to be given to each attendee at conference check-in). You will be required to provide a minimum quantity (likely 150-200 items) to ensure that all conference attendees receive your gift. The exact quantity will be confirmed by May 16th. You must ship your gifts to arrive no later than May 30th. Suggested items include: glassware, mints, t-shirts, USB keys, etc.

Breaks – $200
•Acknowledgement on the main conference schedule page in the conference program
•Two 20″ x 30″ signs placed adjacent to the refreshment tables

Breakfasts – $500
•Acknowledgment on the main conference schedule page in the conference program
•Two 20″ x 30″ signs placed in the entryway to the breakfast area
•Two 20″ x 30″ signs placed in the seating area of the breakfast location

Lunches – $750
•Acknowledgment on the main conference schedule page in the conference program
•Two 20”x30” signs placed in the entryway to the lunch area
•Two 20″x30″ signs placed in the seating area of the lunch location

Opening Reception & Dinner – $3,000
•One full conference registration
•Acknowledgment on the main Conference Schedule in the conference program
