UPDATE: 2020 ResNet Student Technology Conference<\/b><\/span><\/h1>\n

Dear ResNet Community,<\/span><\/p>\n

The ResNet, Inc. Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the ResNet Student Technology Conference that had been scheduled for June 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

As colleges and universities across the continent suspend in-person classes, move to online instruction, and prohibit travel indefinitely in response to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, we recognize that you may not be permitted to register for the conference or make travel arrangements to California. Our conference relies on our community members for presentations and activities that set our gathering apart from larger events, and without you our conference would not be successful.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are working with our hosts at the University of California, Santa Cruz on the possibility of having our 2021 conference at their campus. We appreciate all the work they have done to prepare for our arrival, and we hope that we will be able to convene there next year to discuss the latest in student technology support. (By the end of this month we will probably all have presentation-worthy experiences to share!)<\/span><\/p>\n

We appreciate your understanding, and we wish you the best of luck as you support your students, faculty, and staff during this time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Updates about our next conference, upcoming elections for our Board of Directors, and other future plans will be shared with our <\/span>stc@resnetinc.org list.<\/span><\/p>\n
